My way from corporate to role as home maker and now college life!!!

As a child, I used to play games with my siblings and friends and used to be school teacher for them. Draping a shawl borrowed from my mother's wardrobe, Closing the room, I used to grab my mother's economics book and read it. I was just 7 years old then.  I used stand in front of my little brother or sometimes no one , I used to hold a pencil and teach an empty room - the subject of economics. At that time, I never had any ambitions. It was just 'teacher - teacher' game.  As I started growing up, my friends started showing keen interest in science stream as there  was IT boom in that period. My relatives all around were encouraging their children to take up either the field of medical or engineering. As this trend continued, so did the emergence of coaching classes in various forms. My Talented Husband's Brilliant Idea !!!

Hi Everyone,

Let me introduce myself to you all. I am a newbie to this big blogging world. So, I may not exactly know the rules as how to blog. But I will try my best.  My name is Namitha Kamath Pai. I am currently a homemaker with a toddler to take care of.  And yes! I have a charming, caring and a very loving husband. Yup!!! The seeds of blogging have been planted by my husband. Ta – da here I am writing something. I have done Masters in Business Administration with finance as my specialization and also I have cleared the CFA Level 1 exam administered by The CFA Institute in 2019. Hopefully, I will join the workforce soon!!!

Now that is my introduction to all of you. But hey, my blog is not about my education or personal life.

Why I blog?

For many years now, I have been thinking about starting a blog but never got the time to do so. But now, I thought the time has come for me get started with it. This is not my hobby, but it is my passion and I have lived with it for years. I had started with different ideas but finally got an idea which was I do not know whether it will click but it is to present my views on anything in a different perspective. 

This blog is my voice, a piece of my mind. I wish you will be my regular readers and stop by my blog. We can be one big extended family.

  How to be different from others 1. Make decisions on your own and stick to them. Listen to the discussions going on around you. Be a good listener but go ahead with what you feel is right and make your own decision. Do not depend on others for the choices you make and be proud and hold yourself responsible for whatever choices you make. 2. Be honest to yourself. Never lie to yourself. Do not try to emulate others. Just be yourself and be proud of who you are. One should be honest not just to others but also to oneself as you yourself are answerable to your conscious  at the end of the day. 3. Accept your flaws. Not everyone is perfect. We are all humans, not superhumans or God. We must admit to ourselves the flaws that we have and try to work on improving ourselves.
