What is the reason that BJP couldn't touch the magic number of 272?

The elections concluded with much grandeur and the results were awaited with baited breath by all. The toppers looked upon it as achieving All India Rank with record numbers while others saw it as  an opportunity to gain lost ground. It was a very well fought election from the both sides. The voters were offered different kinds of promises. Five years ago it was the slogan of 'Ayega toh Modi hi' which everyone knew that it was the writing on the wall any which ways. But this time around the BJP went a little overboard with its slogan ' Abki baar 400 Paar'. This slogan echoed the confidence of the party but somewhere it bought some kind of apprehension among the voters which the opposition was trying to instill.  The media diverted its attention towards the numbers but the opposition saw this as an opportunity to create anxiety among the voters that this kind of power will put democracy in danger. Hey everyone,

I am glad to be back after almost two weeks now. These weeks I was a bit busy with my personal life and therefore was unable to concentrate on my blog. Anyway, now I am free and ready to blog. My husband is a food lover and I love cooking for him delicious recipes. I explore and experiment with my food and trust me sometimes everything goes haywire. But most of the times it comes out flavorful and mouth -watering. I would say ‘Yum’. That is what my dear husband says to me. Mind you, even if it is not so appetizing, my husband eats without any complaints. I love him for that. My weakness for food and fondness for blogging inclined me towards watching a movie which I just loved watching and now I have added it to my favorite list.

The film that I was talking about Julie and Julia - is a 2009 release starring Meryl Streep and Amy Jackson in the lead roles. Both ladies come from different generations, but their lives are intertwined by their passion for cooking. Julie is a working professional but starts blogging about her passion for cooking by emulating Julia Child’s Recipes. The movie switches back and forth but we feel so connected to the feelings of both the women’s dreams, desires, and accomplishments. Their husbands play a great role in their achievements. In fact, I would say that my husband played a pivotal role by encouraging me to start a blog. So, I would say I had a considerable connection of sorts.

The film was very enjoyable and there are some noteworthy takeaways from the film. The movie shows that if a person has a strong will and determination, one can accomplish anything. One should not desire for the fruit but always move ahead with their work with single mindedness. In the film, Julie takes up the challenge of cooking 524 recipes in 365 days and blog about it while Julia learns French cooking, gives an exam and finally along with her friends co - authors a cookbook. Both face with challenging situations in their lives but they do not give up. That is the gist what I took from the movie. This desire to just go on with our work not thinking or worrying too much about the outcome is important.

Hi Everyone, This post is close to my heart. My parents and my In - laws are incredibly special to me. When I was a teenager, our school had various clubs and students were free to join whichever club they wanted. The club that I had joined had taken us on a trip to some park and then to an old age home. We were supposed to perform for them and spend time with them on that day. That day still holds good in memory. I can never forget those people who had so many stories to say about how they were thrown out of their homes by their children, and they did not even care to check on their well-being. Some old ladies were single mothers and had worked their entire lives so that they could provide good education, food, clothes, and all other comforts to their children.
